Description

This is a module that allows for the sending of invoices accepted in the Plus Workflow system to an external service, where the invoice data is read using OCR technology. Thanks to this module, scanned invoices go to an external OCR service and then after reading the data return to Plus Workflow, where they are transferred to the substantive description and acceptance. This solution reduces the workload related to the registration of the invoice, and the customer settles for the number of invoices from which the data was read.

Po zakupie i instalacji wtyczki zostają dodane cztery parametry systemowe. Należy je uzupełnić, aby moduł działał poprawnie. API Url – link do API w serwisie skanuj.to. ComapnyID – ID firmy w serisie skanuj.to, do której wgrywane będą dokumenty. Login – nazwa użytkownika. Password – hasło użytkownika w serwisie.

Następnie możemy zacząć pracę w systemie. Praca na aplikacji jest prosta, wszystkie dane do uzupełnienia są wskazane na formularzu. Dzięki temu użytkownik korzysta z intuicyjnego rozwiązania, które przyspieszy jego pracę.
